Aromatic cheese from the Ahrntal Valley, dairy produce from Sennerei Bruneck, fresh fish from Forellenhof, lamb from Hollechnerhof and local game – enhancing all this with herbs from our own herb garden and from neighbouring Getzlechenhof. Vegetables ripened in South Tyrol can be accompaniments or the main dish.
