Your room is available for you from 14:00. We would ask that you vacate your room by 11:00.

For any beauty or health treatments not availed of, without cancellation ahead of time (by 1 day before), we will charge 50 % of the treatment price.

If no travel cancellation cover has been taken out, in the event of the booked package being cancelled, the charges will be as follows: up to 30 days before arrival 0 %, 29 to 3 days before arrival 50 %, from 2 days before arrival and early departure 100 %.

4 – 8 years old – 50 %
9 – 14 years old – 30 %

The child discount only applies to children who are staying in their parents' room.

Your four-legged companions are very welcome here, however dogs are not permitted access to the restaurant, or the wellness and relaxation areas in the hotel garden. We are happy to offer you the option to dine in a separate area and bring your dog there with you. Dogs must be insured before arrival, be registered and are only permitted in the 'Suite Naturell' category. The owner is liable for any damages. Contribution to cover expenses: € 35.00 per day, not including feed.

For all those aged 14 and over, by order of the state government, local taxes of € 3.40 are to be paid per person and night, to promote the region's tourism sector in the long term. This levy is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be p aid on site.

Garage spaces can be reserved by all guests, subject to availability, for € 15.00 per day.

You can pay in cash, via debit card or credit card.

No refunds are issued should you not avail of services provided for your overnight stay.

For a binding reservation we require a deposit of € 400,00 per room by credit card.

For a stay of fewer than three days, there is a 10 % surcharge per day.

There is a 50% surcharge on the price quoted for the respective category for single occupancy of our double rooms and suites. The surcharge does not apply to single rooms.

To spare any inconvenience we would ask that you take out travel cancellation cover for all your family. You will also be insured in the event of early departure.
